Twain’s Billiards and Tap proudly brews and serves some of the boldest and consistently-pleasing ales in the region.  Brewer Jordan Fleetwood has built a loyal following of beer-lovers with his standard favorites, such as  Madhappy Pale Ale, Heaven for Climate Golden Ale, and XL Double IPA, as well as seasonal standouts that push the brewing envelope.  Jordan continues to develop fine beers of various styles, some quite uncommon, that give area beer drinkers opportunities to expand their beer horizons close to home.  From Tidy Soul Smoked Dunkelweiss, to Gingerbread Brown Ale, to Wit and Humor Bavarian Wheat Ale, we are delighted to offer special treats throughout the year.  In addition, we serve cask-conditioned ales from our beer engine at the bar for the real ale enthusiast and adventurous beginner alike.

Bullfrog IPA

This malty India Pale Ale is brewed with using six malts and five varieties of hops. Malted Rye has been used which will contribute a touch of dryness. Four hop additions at a pound per barrel give hop presence to balance the malt backbone of this beer. 5.5% ABV

Heaven for Climate Golden Ale

Pouring a beautiful gold color, with light malt and nice hop nose. Nicely balanced and refreshing for all tastes. 4.7% ABV

Mysterious Stranger Brown Ale

Full-bodied and sweet, with an earthy, roasted malt flavor toward a bittersweet finish. A touch of chocolate lingers on the tongue.
